 Need to make a return. How do I do this?

Prior to returning products you must contact the company and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorize number, which the number must be written on the copy of the shipping invoice that you will enclose with the returned product. Just 4 Love, LLC stands behind the quality and performance of our natural products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact us at 1-800-484-7815 Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CST or email to snl@just4luv.com with your order number. We want to make it right! We'll provide you specific instructions for making your return, exchange or credit.

 Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner or that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to Company for a refund or exchange. 

Products must be returned to Company within 28 days of delivery using a mailing method that allows for shipment tracking.

You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. Upon receipt, Company will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Products must be returned with the original shipping box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice

Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was used for payment.

 ***Please be advised that during summer months when temperatures reach 80 degrees and higher, some solid products, including candles, that contain natural oils may begin to melt when exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period. Please make sure to follow your tracking to assure your package does not remain outside once delivered, to minimize prolonged exposure to heat. We are not liable for melted products. If any of your solid products have begun to liquify, keep them right side up and allow them to cool back to room temperature in a cool environment.
