Shipping Policy

Order processing: Express orders received by noon, Central Time, will ship same day. Please allow 1-2 business days.


 Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Your order will ship with our Standard Shipping + Processing unless you select an alternative method at checkout. Please note, if your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to the Product Details of that item for the estimated shipment. For any additional information about your package while it’s in transit, please email us or contact the carrier directly.

 How can I track my order? We offer convenient Email confirmations for all shipments.  


  How will my order be packaged? Your order will be delivered in a FedEx/UPS Express bag or an indiscreet white Poly Mailer bag (USPS) to help keep all your purchases safe and private. Add Gift Wrap to your order with our re-usable silk drawstring bag - perfect for a special unwrapping experience and an eco-friendly, reusable travel bag. Where do you ship from?  We ship from Illinois. Some orders will ship from both locations resulting in two tracking numbers.

  Important Notes for Deliveries

 Please allow up to 3 business days processing time during busy holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas.   During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason our Express shipping may be delayed.  Customers living in rural locations inside the US may experience a one day delay in shipping.   


 Do you Ship Internationally?

 Yes, please enter your address at checkout to confirm that shipping is available to your country. The checkout will always clearly display which shipping methods are available to your location. Shipping times are estimates and commence after the order is processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and picked up by the courier.  If you order products from our site, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.   If you refuse to pay your country’s custom fees the order may be held, returned to sender or abandoned by the courier. In such cases the order will not be credited or refunded to the customer. By purchasing from our US based company you accept and acknowledge you are responsible to pay all customs and import fees charged to you by your country.  Failure to pay these fees promptly may result in a misrouted or lost package by the courier. If the package is returned to sender, and received, the customer will be issued a store credit minus all shipping and return to sender fees billed by customs. Failure by the customer to return packages to sender after customs fees refusal will result in no refund or store credit.

 ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

 Once an order is placed, it begins processing through the system and into our warehouses almost instantly.  We are unable to cancel or modify orders.  If you wish to return your items, please refer to our returns policy here.  Just 4 Love, LLC is not responsible for: Packages sent to the wrong address - Please take great care when entering your shipping address.


 If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. If the package is returned to sender due to insufficient address, the order will be restocked and the customer will be issued a store credit in the full amount minus original shipping and handling fees. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Just 4 Love.


  Orders marked as delivered - If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier's office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.


  Orders held by customs and customs fees - Please understand, any customs delays are 100% beyond the control of Just 4 Love, LLC.  Please kindly wait for the package to be accepted by your customs department. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 


  Courier delays - Due to the recent global health situation, we are currently experiencing a shipping delay on some orders. We have increased our estimated shipping times to compensate for these delays. However, please understand: Just 4 Love is NOT responsible if the order is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping times as these delays are unforeseen and we cannot be held liable for courier guarantees. We will NOT refund shipping fees if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
