ORDER TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once your items have been ordered successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We typically ship 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 5-7 business days.
We offer free shipping for orders $100 and above for any order in the continental United States.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We offer free shipping on orders greater than $100 for orders in the continental United States

Important Notes for Deliveries
Please allow up to 5 business days processing time during busy holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas. During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason, our Express shipping may be delayed. Customers living in rural locations inside the US may experience a one-day delay in shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except where expedited shipping is requested.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it begins processing through the system and into our warehouses almost instantly. We are unable to cancel or modify orders. If you wish to return your items, please refer to our returns policy here. Just 4 Love, LLC is not responsible for: Packages sent to the wrong address - Please take great care when entering your shipping address.
If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. If the package is returned to sender due to insufficient address, the order will be restocked, and the customer will be issued a store credit in the full amount minus original shipping and handling fees. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Just 4 Love.
Orders marked as delivered - If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier's office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.

***Please be advised that during summer months when temperatures reach 80 degrees and higher, some solid products, including candles, that contain natural oils may begin to melt when exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period. Please make sure to follow your tracking to assure your package does not remain outside once delivered, to minimize prolonged exposure to heat. We are not liable for melted products. If any of your solid products have begun to liquify, keep them right side up and allow them to cool back to room temperature in a cool environment.
